I love the customer service, they are always there when you need them and are able to quickly resolve your issues.

The software support is the best in the industry from what we have used in the past. The other part that went great was the conversion process.

No sleepy elevator music at ABCOA. This level of customer service is near impossible to find before you add in a global pandemic.

Our ability to fully separate our Finance side from our sales side while still having them integrated has been magnificent.

Over all the DMS is a good tool to have as it integrates and connects the different sides of our business well.

The accounts payable module is good. Drill down ability in the trial balance is very beneficial.

The basics are relatively easy to figure out without much guidance, but anything more involved often requires an outside consultant.

You don't have a designated rep, which makes communication a little more difficult.

My experience with Multiview has been a good one. I use it daily for all things Accounts Payable including Purchase Orders and check production.

I love that it so customizable. You did your own implementation and staff are previous users.

Aside from this, I have errors when printing bulk checks, where I've had to print them individually or generate separate files to compile for one bulk printing job.

Later they asked if we would consider paying some additional cost to achieve them; we initially said no; then said we would if this would finalize it. They set the offer on that.

Overall ease of use and ability to get things done quickly.

I like how there is very customizable reports that can help track things for just about anything. We have made so many very useful reports years ago that we still use today.

For us the jury is still out on whether or not they will make good.

Implementation Team was very good and we had a excellent experience.

Creating and modifying custom reports is easy. Custom interfaces save us a ton of time each month.

I love that you can filter and pull data easily. I like the work flow for AP invoice approval.

The implementation team did not address properly our 4 items that were critical for our needs.

It is hard to data mine the information out of the system. Can't just do a download, have to upload to temporary file to be able to download it.
