Any of us can sign on and enter a new order or look up bank balances or anything else we need to do. There is something else even better than the software: The service. On the rare occasions I need help (maybe once a year) I get the answers and help that I need quickly, in ways that are easy for a non-accountant to understand and implement. Cons: Central United States is 6 hours away from the UK, so tomorrow comes earlier, so when we get an order in the evening I have to remember to set the date back one day. Reasons for choosing AccountsPortal AP has the features we need without paying more money. We appreciate when companies are honest with us and tell us what we can expect - and then deliver on their promises. AP has been honest with us, and has never asked for any more money beyond the modest monthly subscription.
