I could be able to go to the particular report of selected transactions and reconcile contrary to doing it afresh if there are some complications and errors which you have to correct. #### Cons AccountsPortal does not support the feature of making payment in batches for suppliers invoices. I was very lucky to save a lot of time, when using AccountsPortal. I say that the running billing options were especially effective in handling repeat customers with virtually no input needed. #### Cons The only thing that I had an issues with was that this software does not support auto integration with banks. We needed an online solution so multiple people could enter orders and use the software. Accounts Portal is simple enough so that an "Accounting Dummy" like me can use it, and complete enough so that our Accountant can do his job. Did I mention that in addition to it being the best for our purposes, it is also the least expensive. Everything else came up short, and many of them were too expensive to justify for our needs. Then we found Accounts Portal in 2014 and haven't looked back. It fulfills all of our needs and more. Any of us can sign on and enter a new order or look up bank balances or anything else we need to do. There is something else even better than the software: The service. On the rare occasions I need help (maybe once a year) I get the answers and help that I need quickly, in ways that are easy for a non-accountant to understand and implement. #### Cons Central United States is 6 hours away from the UK, so tomorrow comes earlier, so when we get an order in the evening I have to remember to set the date back one day. #### Reasons for choosing AccountsPortal AP has the features we need without paying more money. We appreciate when companies are honest with us and tell us what we can expect - and then deliver on their promises. The invoices section is great to create one off as well as repeat invoices, and the reporting provides us with the tools to identify those who have not settled. Previously we used a bespoke system for generating our invoices which frequently needed updates and tweaks. Since switching to AccountsPortal (around 9 or 10 years ago) our regular and adhoc invoicing has been a breeze. We use it to send out statements and quotes too.
