"I have been a computer user since around 1986/87 and I find that I can work with Actionstep quite well overall, with a rider that every such system can be improved and have downsides."

"I like the workflows option"

"My biggest frustration is that we created a webform so with a couple clicks, staff can create a new potential client matter using that information as it integrates into the software."
