Les Engagés représentent les factures non réglées, en décaissements et encaissements. L'évolution de la trésorerie et l'utilisation de scénarios permettent d'être agile et réactif. #### Cons J'ai été surpris par la charge de travail non planifiée nécessaire au paramétrage des connexions banques et certificats. Peut être cette charge est elle dû au fait que nous avions Suite Entreprise (BP) pour gérer nos comptes, et que nous avons souhaité garder les 2 jusqu'au démarrage, en fin de formation. L'import de nos données prévisionnelles manque de flexibilité, et la modification des prévisions sans import encore obscur. Für einen grobe Überblick über die Liquidität taugt das Programm. #### Cons Beim Prüfen der Rechnungen werden Skonto oder Zahlart gar nicht, das Zahlungsziel nur unzuverlässig erkannt, so dass viel manuelle Arbeit nötig ist. Mehrseiteige Rechnungen sind sehr schwierig. Die Handhabung von Gutschriften ist dann schwierig, wenn ich beim Bearbeiten noch nicht weiß, ob es eine Erstattung oder ein Rechnungsabzug wird. Ich würde mir vorstellen, dass das Programm mich beim Nutzen von Skonto unterstützt. Gar nicht klar kommen wir mit dem Mahnwesen, das einer der Hauptgründe für die Anschaffung war. In der Beratungsphase habe ich explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass wir einen Großteil der Mahnungen per Post schicken. Mir wurde gesagt, die Automatik dafür sei noch nicht fertig, komme aber bald. Nix da. Inzwischen wurde mir erklärt, dass Mahnungen per Post keine Priorität haben, und ich da nicht mit einer Verbesserung rechnen könne. Ich muss jetzt wieder jede Mahnung manuell ausdrucken, dann noch manuell meinen Briefkopf hinzufügen und manuell das Empfängerfeld einfügen, da die Software dies an die falsche Stelle druckt. Statt das Mahnwesen abgeben zu können, nimmt es jetzt massiv Zeit für mich in Anspruch. Das Abstimmen von Kundenrechnungen klappt, so lange der Kunde genau eine Rechnung mit dem richtigen Betrag überweist. Kommen Skonto oder Gutschriften ins Spiel, vielleicht noch mehrere Rechnungen in einer Überweisung, wird es kompliziert. Die Kategorisierungsfunktionen hab ich bisher nur Rudimentär ausprobiert, weil ich irgendwann doch auch noch meine eigentliche Arbeit machen muss. Die ganze Arbeit mit dem Programm ist für mich ein Ärgernis. Agicap è un ottimo prodotto che può essere utilizzato sia da piccolissime attività, lo consiglio soprattuto alle startup, che da aziende di grandi dimensioni. Die Berichterstattung zum Monatsabschluss ist bereits am 02. des Folgemonats möglich, da wir die Zahlen und Daten täglich und aktuell einpflegen können. Das ist als Unternehmerin mit mehreren Unternehmen unglaublich wichtig, quasi auf Knopfdruck und noch dazu optisch ansprechend (kein Vergleich zu sperrigen Excel Listen) seine Revenue Streams vor sich zu haben.
