Pros
- I like the ease of all the information being exactly where it should be, I like the ease of categorising things and for the system to remember.
- Customer support has been fantastic, with any queries being addressed and resolved promptly.
- Overall it has been seamless and it is now a very important part of my day.
Cons
- The bad thing for me is that it's quite expensive.
- Our bank connexion sometimes breaks, which is annoying.
- The possibility to undo perhaps a mistake that as been made during a certain action.
Pros
- Very easy to use, the software is intuitive and the layout is very clean. I really like the visualizatio of money raised/committed with the ability to put a % chance per investor.
- I love the user interface; it is self-explanatory and easy to use. I also love the customer service; they have always been there when I needed help with something.
- What I love is this is built for purpose and easily customisable to your needs. As well as this [SENSITIVE CONTENT] went out of his way to give me feedback on my pitch and deck and this was amazing.
Cons
- When filling out the investor reports, due to having a plugin (Gramarly), I often-times have to re-write sentences which is annoying.
- Inconsistent UX / can be confusing at times. Some features change behavior with generation updates... quirkiness.
- I say this knowing that the majority of users that will use Foundersuite are start-up entrepreneurs, and as such, I severely doubt there will be any missed value due to complacency.
