I know Agiled team is going places with the amount of follow ups and updates they are sending me. The software itself is super easy to use and works seamlessly.

It does everything I need. Not only is it a great app, The support is also amazing! they respond to queries very fast and always willing to help.

Night mode is excellent for those with visual imparement like myself. Easy to use software with everything you need to run your business.

Give the rate of new features being released it's hard sometimes to keep up with what Agiled can do.

I have just started to play around with my account and have found it extremely intuitive and easy to use.

Haven't yet got one, because whenever I run over a bug or a missing feature, i contact support and that missing thing is already there after few hours or minutes.

Honestly, I see a lot of potential in Agiled itself & it is simply the reason why I invest my business endeavour into it.

Don’t expect any fancy workflows. Also, there’s no Email Marketing.

In general its like any other Al in one CRM, the contact and leads is more organized thanks to the fast growing integration which is the key of success and distinguish them from other apps.

The visual design also feels a little flat and boring with limited options for customization.

I think this saas, which very fast in updating and developing, will in time attract big crowds of SME. WHen looking at their active roadmap I can tell that this a good investment.

Great product with almost (Waiting for the email module) everything you would need to run a small business. Their support is fantastic and quick to respond and resolve issues.

The support team is also top notch and there is a steady beat of improvement which gives me great hope for the future of this platform.

Has many integrations and refinements and improvements from this team has been great and very encouraging.

We can view the number of hours spent on the project, budget, earnings and expenses. The previous cumbersome work on excel has been replaced by a more vibrant tool.

The only con is that the team is working really hard and maybe they are not even sleeping for an hour.

It is the simplicity of the product which has prompted me to keep using it. Agiled has a very innovative team and they keep adding new features regularly which is good for customer retention.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.
