  • Pros

  • Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.
  • Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.
  • Cons

  • The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.
  • The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.

  • The cost is very reasonable and the billing features save me and my assistant so much time. Customer service is outstanding.
  • We have been using TimeSolv and it great. Easy to use, app is great for attorneys on the road, invoices easy to process.
  • Cons

  • There seems to be a lack of necessary reports, especially an audit report.
  • The duplicate process for entering a second time entry could be easier to use to avoid mistakes.
