Customer service is excellent - if I email the help desk someone always phones within half an hour and the knowledge and understanding of the product from the adviser is superb.

Asset 4000 is designed to use Crystal Reports report writer which is a great reporting application that makes up for the shortcomings in the out of the box report writer.

Asset 4000 is a very powerful package and makes maintaining our asset register straight forwards.

What I like most is that it is integrated into our SAGE accounting module. As soon as you run the depreciation on Asset4000 the journal is automatically transferred over onto SAGE, ready to be posted.

The report writer functionality could use some TLC. The way the time scenarios in the reporting are setup are a little odd compared to what you would normally see in report writing.

The ease of adding vendors and customers is great. Once you iron out the how to of the invoice templates they can be very useful to switch what is needed on each invoice per customer.

The user experience was awful compared to Xero I just could not get on with it. Unfortunately it just didn't work for me.

Reconciling is miserable. I could go on and on, but I hate to relive the QB years where I felt inept and incapable of running the backside of our business.

The only problem with Virtual programs is the internet delays and the problems with making sure you can sync everything if two people have been working on it.
