  • Pros

  • With the number of tags we've purchased in the last couple of years, we have yet to pay for Asset Tiger. Customer service is very respective to suggestions and quick to respond.
  • The ease of set up from the ground up. We did not have any asset tracking prior to finding this software and it has been great.
  • Cons

  • Also having to close with an X the product updated it awful. It should go away not linger there.
  • It's a pain to locate my items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.

  • I love it's ease of use and customers love the way i can send quotes on the spot.

  • I have had a little trouble understanding the generating reports sections.
  • No Payment reminder for subscription due date.
