Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Easy to use so I can delegate lower level staff to do all my scanning of receipts for review.
  • Easy to use and teach clients. Integrates smoothly with the other I use.
  • Cons

  • Very often the correct name on the invoice is not correct, even though typed and not handwritten. A lot of times i have to contact the chat line as the system seems to stop running.
  • This results in invoices getting stuck until the service is refreshed, however as long as it's used constantly this can be avoided.

  • It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.
  • It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
  • Cons

  • I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
  • Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.
