It provides a paper-free and secure way of submitting these reports, as well as a method for approval. We also use AvidXChange for accounts payable, and it is a great tool for tracking what is owed to our vendors and providing the needed documents for audit purposes. I have never experienced any issues with performance or speed with AvidXchange; I have found it to be reliable and helpful. #### Cons My only complaint is that the dashboard/home screen is confusing when trying to navigate to a specific function. If you think this will save you time, forget it. We've been on this platform for 2 years, but there is -0- time savings and they really don't listen to their end users whatsoever. Integration with ResMan is extremely lacking from a tracking standpoint. Some of the most basic reports needed are non-existent, and extremely disorganized and is only enhanced via an enhancement request, which rarely gets addressed annually. #### Vendor response Hi Daryl, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I still have to use others and I dread it far more then when I know I have to process invoices on Avid. Takes way more that 24 to 48 hours to reply to my requests. Invoices in processing get stuck in the queue till the next day. We were able to eliminate a position and one of the unrecognized benefits of the system is how easy bank reconciliations are using Avid. This certification program was delivered in structured and well planned manner.
