Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I really enjoy the ease of use of the software and the communication with the team members, specifically [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.
  • I know that there is a TEAM supporting me, while I still know the name of my main contact person. The platform is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Cons

  • Not all of my business accounts can be connected via feed (ie intuit payroll), which requires a drag and drop upload each month.
  • When I confirm those purchases it is usually 30+ transactions and at that point I don't even remember all of them so it takes a while for me to locate receipts. I really dislike that too.
  • Pros

  • This software is user friendly. Being the administrator isn't hard either because ClickTime has an excellent support team that takes out time to listen and help to the best of their ability.
  • As an administrator I find the program to be very straight forward and user friendly. Every time I call in to get help or ask a question they are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
  • Cons

  • For the tool to be complete, I believe that a simple document manager is missing, such as the possibility of attaching the contract/proposal in the project register.
  • Requires upgrade, which is time consuming and costly. Obligation to chose client before assignement is a drawback.
