Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I really enjoy the ease of use of the software and the communication with the team members, specifically [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.
  • I know that there is a TEAM supporting me, while I still know the name of my main contact person. The platform is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Cons

  • Not all of my business accounts can be connected via feed (ie intuit payroll), which requires a drag and drop upload each month.
  • When I confirm those purchases it is usually 30+ transactions and at that point I don't even remember all of them so it takes a while for me to locate receipts. I really dislike that too.
  • Pros

  • Expensya's helpdesk is very available and reachable quickly (less than 1/2 minutes each time I called). Great reactivity from the business staff.
  • I like how easy this product helps us manage expense and seamlessly integration with our accounting systems that facilitate easy data transmission and helps manage expense report more effectively.
  • Cons

  • The scan learning curve is missing or needs improvement. You scan a ticket, regularly for the same merchant, you correct the name of the merchant, and the system will always do the same error.
  • Ahh maybe, i had little bit of trouble logging in on my company mobile. I was refused few times although i was entering correct information (email, password).
