My experience has been overall positive. My bookkeeper is there when I need him and always professional and friendly.

Not all of my business accounts can be connected via feed (ie intuit payroll), which requires a drag and drop upload each month.

I reached out to customer service and they did give me 2 months of a refund, because the customer service rep (who was very kind & courteous) saw what I saw.

This was super easy to set up and describe exactly what I was using it for. Other providers took ages to figure out how to integrate my Amazon sales but Bench just got it.

App is very easy to use and pretty much user friendly. Very clean and definitely love the layout of it.

It also encourages me to be more aware of receivables and expenses + I really appreciate that I can check my books at any time, day or night.

As a creative entrepreneur,  I'm not in love with bookkeeping, so Bench has been a total lifesaver for me and my business.

When I confirm those purchases it is usually 30+ transactions and at that point I don't even remember all of them so it takes a while for me to locate receipts. I really dislike that too.

I already use other platforms that integrate well with Bench so I decided to give them a try.

The Status tab points the blame on us, but we have always provided responses in a timely manner, within 24 hours.

You can use the iOS/Android app or their website. A number of new features have been added over the past few months, including integrations with accounting tools, and I have not yet tried everything.

This is a great app for anyone needing anything from simple organization of expenses and budgeting up to team expense reimbursement and reporting.

Your service was terrible- I signed for a 1 year and wanted to cancel for remainder of the year and i could not. I wanted to cancel because the software was not useful or valuable tool at all.

I love the software but the image quality could be better. The GUI needs improvements too to make it easier.

What i liked most about Itemize was the ease of uploading my receipts and invoices to itemize our business expenses.

What I disliked about this product is that it needs some work and not all receipts were uploaded correctly.

I like it enough to keep using it, but if a comparable company were to pop up with excellent customer service, I'd switch in a heart beat.

It really is as easy as 1.2.3. You just take a photo of the receipts and it inputs all the data for you allowing you to track your expense reports without having to do the work yourself.
