  • Pros

  • Its the greatest feeling having the task of keeping my books off of my shoulders. They make the whole process so easy and the pricing is very fair.
  • The absolute best part is having a team of bookkeepers who know what they're doing, who take care of it all for me. They reach out if there are questions, and I can check in anytime I like.
  • I love everything about BENCH. The ease of reading the reports each month and having them at my fingertips to being about to chat with our bookkeeper about any and all things.
  • Cons

  • When I confirm those purchases it is usually 30+ transactions and at that point I don't even remember all of them so it takes a while for me to locate receipts. I really dislike that too.
  • I had Bench do a full year of bookkeeping for my company and consulted them on aspects of the PPP loan program. I found them shockingly incompetent.
  • The Status tab points the blame on us, but we have always provided responses in a timely manner, within 24 hours.

  • It even intergrates with Accounting software like Quickbooks online, which is awesome. This has really simplified the onboarding for me as I am a Solopreneur.
  • Overall a great CRM + Billing + Project Managemet + Client Portal. High quality product with excellent customer support and an impressive roadmap.
  • SuiteDash is not only an excellent provider of a superior All-In-One business portal. They are also an exceptional provider of essential and continuing thoughtful customer support.
  • Cons

  • I find that it's not intuitive enough to call some functions in the app and that leaves us to frustration and frustration leave us to abandon the app.
  • Our biggest problem was keeping track of customer communications. Between email, text, slack to name but a few channels it was a mess.
  • It was a little frustrating at first to figure where to get started because I had no prior experience with CRM management system. So a few months later, I spent an entire weekend completing the setup.
