It can be confusing to some extent - one of our contractors, in this instance, had 2 profiles and was entering hours and expenses under the company name first instead of under his name.

The system is easy to configure, easy to use and the support has been amazing. We're very happy with the system.

This is a great mobile timesheet app. It tracks every hour spent on a project and helps to track everything that each person is doing.

Overall the experience with BigTime has been great. It will help us better manage our business.

This makes it difficult to integrate BT invoicing directly into QB data. A problem made even more difficult given that all of our projects to date have been invoiced from QB.

It is good to see that bigtime integrates so directly with the quickbooks platform, since this way it works better with invoices and workflow management tools.

Ability to easily add staff, create projects and budgets. Report generation and ability to export reports to excel for pivot table analysis.

I like how clean it is - our bugdets and hours are all tracked neatly now. Before it was all done manually, with the help of a spreadsheet.

I have tried many solutions in the past and I found BT was the best fit for our organization.

Overall the fact that everything's integrated into one platform makes Bigtime a great timesaver for any organization.

Ease of uploading & categorizing receipts. Cost is low for service.

I hated how there's a cost to it. I literally can just take pictures of my receipts and make a folder to save money.

I like the ability to capture receipts/information via e-mails. Integrates well with Quickbooks.

There is room to make the software/service even better, and I hope the company decides to further invest in the features and capabilities. But even as is, it is a good service.

I love being able to digitize my life, starting with receipts. I've saved lots of money through warranty reimbursement and such because I've been able to find the receipts.

This is so easy to use, and saves so much time. I now only check the  account a couple of times a year before filing.

Love them...Especially in the beginning months as a user  I was calling customer support almost every week for tech support.

It saves me a lot of time. It's the best service like this that I know of (and I'm not likely to want to switch at this point anyway).

I like that its easy to upload receipts and track mileage. Its very user friendly and I like that about it.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have called and emailed.

Overall, I find Shoeboxed to be incredibly useful and it allows me to get a handle on my receipts.

It takes all the work and dread out of a tedious task.
