  • Pros

  • Its automation of financial tasks, robust reporting capabilities and integration with popular accounting software has greatly improved our financial processes.
  • My experience has been great. They eagerly accept user feedback and seem to want to improve, but I think they are doing great already.
  • I love seeing exactly when an expense report is going to be reimbursed and I love receiving notifications when a payment has been scheduled and when a payment is processing to hit my bank account.
  • Cons

  • I had problems reaching customer service when there was a problem and it wasn't always clear when there was a problem was it coming from my end or from the customer end.
  • At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.
  • I feel things started getting worse around the time they went public, but that could be a coincidence. Pricing has gone up considerably in recent years.

  • Best DMS, love the integration and automation of it. Our staff is very pleased with it, and also Desiree is always there to help us with anything we need.
  • The Dms helps me save time and it helps me money. The mobile app helps out tremendously at auctions by helping me appraise vehicles, take pictures of cars, and so much more.
  • Speed, Convenience, Reliable, Great Customer Service. La Monica was very helpful in the setup process, couldn't ask for better customer service.
  • Cons

  • Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.
  • Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.
  • It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.
