Pros
- In my opinion, this is perfect for companies who contract independent contract workers.
- I like the notifications received when invoices are received and later when money is expected and then deposited into your account.
Cons
- At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.
- We had to cut down on our users in the app because of the cost.
Pros
- Quotation system works well, bank integration excellent and shared access for my back office book keepers means a lot less hassle. Love the App for capturing expenses and mileage.
- Easy to use with a good range of functions and fantastic customer support. Regularly updating with new features.
Cons
- Drag and drop receipts into web interface (you have to upload through file navigation). Quick take photo for expense button (mobile).
- Sometimes it's tricky to work out how something works and you have to go and get help from customer support, but this may be more user incompetence than anything wrong with the software.
