Pros
- In my opinion, this is perfect for companies who contract independent contract workers.
- I like the notifications received when invoices are received and later when money is expected and then deposited into your account.
Cons
- At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.
- We had to cut down on our users in the app because of the cost.
Pros
- This software is user friendly and doesn't take much training before you can get started. And also automatic bank feed is a very useful feature for us.
- Ease of use and integration with payroll, also the tax/vat compliance make this software a winner.
Cons
- Was very difficult to maneuver the software. Way too many steps to print a check and the checks were not complete.
- Wrote numerous emails to the helpline id websales@sage.com , but still no response till date as if emails are to a dead account.
