Pros/Cons
Pros
- Its automation of financial tasks, robust reporting capabilities and integration with popular accounting software has greatly improved our financial processes.
- My experience has been great. They eagerly accept user feedback and seem to want to improve, but I think they are doing great already.
- I love seeing exactly when an expense report is going to be reimbursed and I love receiving notifications when a payment has been scheduled and when a payment is processing to hit my bank account.
Cons
- I had problems reaching customer service when there was a problem and it wasn't always clear when there was a problem was it coming from my end or from the customer end.
- At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.
- I feel things started getting worse around the time they went public, but that could be a coincidence. Pricing has gone up considerably in recent years.
Pros
- Overall, my experience with Tipalti was positive. The platform provided a robust solution for automating payment processes and improving financial operations.
- Overall, we are thrilled with selecting the right product for our business case. The staff are extremely helpful and flexible in ensuring it can meet our requirements with some tailoring as required.
- A good platform with great customer support, saves a lot of costs and increases profits, suitable for many companies of different types and sizes.
Cons
- Lack of detail on error reports. Could be more customizable.
- Ocassional payments stuck with less calrity on the reasoning.
- If a vendor is not payable, it can sometimes be difficult to understand the cause.
