  • Pros

  • Its automation of financial tasks, robust reporting capabilities and integration with popular accounting software has greatly improved our financial processes.
  • My experience has been great. They eagerly accept user feedback and seem to want to improve, but I think they are doing great already.
  • I love seeing exactly when an expense report is going to be reimbursed and I love receiving notifications when a payment has been scheduled and when a payment is processing to hit my bank account.
  • Cons

  • I had problems reaching customer service when there was a problem and it wasn't always clear when there was a problem was it coming from my end or from the customer end.
  • At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.
  • I feel things started getting worse around the time they went public, but that could be a coincidence. Pricing has gone up considerably in recent years.

  • The ease of use for every operation is the main benefit for us. We've also had great experience with the technical support, which is peace of mind.
  • Your team is so helpful and friendly. They a really good at helping me and my vendors with anything we need help on.
  • Veem is super easy to use and it's F/X rates handily beat traditional banks and are very competitive with similar alternative platforms.
  • Cons

  • They can take too much time to process payment this platform has one job and it is so bad that you can't even imagine—the worst platform to use for international transactions.
  • I only intended to use Veem with a select few of my subcontractors, and I was embarrassed that some other contacts received what could look like spam to other contacts.
  • No live customer service support. The chatbot sucks and doesn't actually help with anything besides pointing you to various articles.
