I like how you can modify the entire lot of customers or specify something for an individual. I liked the payment plan option, although no one tried to use it, and I enjoyed the customer serviced team. #### Cons I was hoping for an integration into Salesforce and the application of that was cumbersome, so we didn't do it. While the app has a lot of potential and looks very good.
