Pros
- The software is user friendly and super robust allowing non-profits ways to streamline accounting and keep the data integrity.
- Interfaces with our Fund Raising software (Raiser's Edge, I am equally thrilled with that too, and mostly for the same reasons cited herein).
Cons
- Once blackbaud lures you in you are trapped, then they raise the prices , sometimes by three times the original amount, and your company suffers.
- Unless you have a tech department willing to invest time into the api it is hard to do your own in depth analytics out of the box or connect the software to other systems.
Pros
- It is very easy to use and so happy that we don't have to hand write the expense report on the paper anymore.
- I like the app based solution as it allows me to input receipts and information quickly. I also like the mileage map function for multi trips.
Cons
- Viewing receipts - some images cannot be zoomed or orientated. Reports can be awkward to produce.
- I sometimes see web application stalling if the data connection is poor and dropping out.
