Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ability to manage multiple companies in a single web application is great, as is the ability to manage multiple capital projects and convert compelted projects into assets.
- We've been able to track our fixed assets with ease. The rare times we've had a question, the BNA helpdesk has been friendly and responsive.
- I like the ease of inputting new assets. You can simply use the tab key to move from field to field and get assets entered quickly.
Cons
- The reports are somewhat difficult to customize and we had trouble getting them to be in a format that we wanted.
- The program has small font sizes and sometimes hard to see. The reporting is also a bit confusing once it's printed.
- Consolidated reporting is very poor. We need consolidated reporting similar to the desktop for our Tax Accountants.
Pros
- The software is easy to use, the price of the software is amazing we like that we can upload our existing clients into the data base. All an all it's a great product.
- I like the ease of using and they always update to whats new in the industry, The app and chat were game changers.
- I like the e-file feature and the fact I knew the program as well as I did.
Cons
- After entering all of the deductions, it indicated that the adjusted gross was the same as the gross costing me thousands. They will not return my money, even though the program failed.
- Support got worse and worse each year. When I got a new server in 2019, I realized just how much of an issue installing old version on a new computer was given how they redid the program in 2014.
- They have to be gotten from support. The error rate is extremely high in the software and they are slow to fix errors and do not fix many of them.
