### About BoondManager

BoondManager is a business process management and expense reporting solution that helps businesses streamline processes related to human resource management, recruiting, time tracking, project management, and activity tracking, among other processes. It allows team members to conduct HR follow-ups, schedule annual interviews, track employee skills or references, generate payroll preparation files, monitor employee profitability, and more from within a unified platform.

BoondManager's recruitment management module lets human resource professionals parse resumes, maintain a CV library, track candidates across recruitment stages, qualify candidates, and manage recruitment actions. It lets staff members manage subscriptions, turnovers, project profitability, work orders, invoices, resource allocation, and more. The customer billing tool enables users to manage product sales, define billing methods, and analyze orders. Additionally, supervisors can track employee absences, generate expense reports, and track costs based on projects, agencies, divisions, employees, and managers.

BoondManager facilitates integration with several third-party solutions, including Zapier, Cegid, Wise, Mi...

ndee, Gmail, LinkedIn, and Zapier. It also provides iOS and Android mobile applications, which allows employees to manage operations remotely. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, video tutorials, documentation, phone, email, and other online measures.

Appli, CRM, Suivi d'Activité et frais, le suivi des contacts et des actions. Pas vraiment d'usage des mails.

Cons:

Nous souhaiterions (nous le demandons depuis 4 ans) pouvoir trier/afficher les sociétés par code postal dans le CRM --> Pouvez-vous créer une colonne ?

Il correspond parfaitement à mon besoin et l'offre tarifaire est top.

Cons:

Peut-être trop de fonctionnalité au début de l'utilisation, le top aurait été d'avoir le stricte minimum (l'utilisation de CRA pour mes collaborateurs) puis de débloquer des fonctionnalités au fur et à mesure. Et je suis pas super fan du design, mais ça reste un avis personnel car je le trouve très fonctionnel.

Pros:

Le regroupement de notre base client/prospects, candidats, opportunités commerciales, projets en cours et passés, consultants en cours de prestation est un réel atout. Un logiciel nous suffit à tout gérer, c'est pratique, intuitif, on y gagne énormément de temps. Les équipes sont à l'écoute d'éventuelles propositions et axes d'amélioration que nous pouvons proposer selon notre utilisation quotidienne de l'outil.

Cons:

L'outil s'améliore très régulièrement, il manque à mon sens un module pour y inclure les documents de vigilances de nos consultants externes mais j'ai lu que c'est une amélioration à venir. Il nous manque un reporting exploitable pour traiter le CIR chaque année.

Je recherche un outil, je ne veux pas jongler entre les multiples outils et croiser les données. C'est simple efficace. L'accompagnement humain des Boondcoach est très stimulant, on sent l'énergie positive dans cette entreprise !

Pros:

Vous êtes une jeune entreprise et vous voulez vous simplifier l'admin avec un outil complet. Ne cherchez pas longtemps. Tous les modules sont inclues de bases, pas de coûts cachés. Il y a certes des grandes capacité de paramètrage mais c'est très efficace pour ne pas perdre son temps en administratif.

Cons:

Comme il fait tout, forcement un ATS sera plus performant, un CRM sera plus performant. Mais est-ce que l'on utilise forcement toutes les fonctionnalités de tous ces outils.

Pros:

Nous avons basculé récemment sur Boond manager et nous en sommes ravis. Les fonctionnalités sont très intuitives, nous avons gagné beaucoup de temps dans nos process. La mise en place fut assez aisée.

Cons:

Le seul point un peu fastidieux fut pour nous de devoir retravailler tous les profils de notre base de données (plus de 1300 personnes) afin de mettre tout parfaitement au format pour pouvoir basculer dans Boond manager. Une fois que cela fut réalisé, l'importation fut rapide et efficace.
