Un logiciel nous suffit à tout gérer, c'est pratique, intuitif, on y gagne énormément de temps. Les équipes sont à l'écoute d'éventuelles propositions et axes d'amélioration que nous pouvons proposer selon notre utilisation quotidienne de l'outil. #### Cons L'outil s'améliore très régulièrement, il manque à mon sens un module pour y inclure les documents de vigilances de nos consultants externes mais j'ai lu que c'est une amélioration à venir. Il y a certes des grandes capacité de paramètrage mais c'est très efficace pour ne pas perdre son temps en administratif. #### Cons Comme il fait tout, forcement un ATS sera plus performant, un CRM sera plus performant. Les fonctionnalités sont très intuitives, nous avons gagné beaucoup de temps dans nos process. La mise en place fut assez aisée. #### Cons Le seul point un peu fastidieux fut pour nous de devoir retravailler tous les profils de notre base de données (plus de 1300 personnes) afin de mettre tout parfaitement au format pour pouvoir basculer dans Boond manager.
