Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.
  • It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
  • Cons

  • I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
  • Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.

  • The seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP and ease of use.
  • I like the software because it is easy to used and very intuitive.
  • Cons

  • Currency conversion sometimes resets while entering expense. Reviewing receipt image upload sometimes shows a blurry image.
  • I had added all of my reimbursement forms to the site and expected someone to review them and it took weeks for me to realize that there was an extra step and making that extra step was confusing.
