Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love this software because it is easy to use and really great for tracking. I love that it has a pipeline feature and it is very user friendly.
- We really like the checklist feature and the ability to copy and modify them easily. The ability to see everyone's checklist task through the calendar tab is crucial and much appreciated.
- I love the ease of setting up my checkpoints customized to how I run my files. I love the record keeping as well.
Cons
- Inability to drag and drop files across different functions the entire program, onboarding portal has no drag and drop feature.
- If you call a one sided platform, complete, then you have never used their competition. Contact to hold you hostage when they cannot deliver a fully functional program is completely ridiculous.
- Primarily, I experienced a very frustrating learning curve.
Pros
- Has best interface, best feature set and the most trusted calculations and up to date information built in. Has mad strides in integration between their other products which makes it even better.
- Accuracy is excellent, incorporates good diagnostics, ease of use once I get used to it.
- Customer service and ease to use (diagnostics are very useful and helpful).
Cons
- Painfully average...we here in Canada are a slave to 2/3 companies in each industry...everywhere.
- Design is awful, too colourful and little more challenging to find schedules than previous version.
- I find it very expensive and it keeps getting worse.
