Pros/Cons
Pros
- End user experience is easy and intuitive. I especially love the ability to establish monthly budgets which provides a much greater probability for accurate year-end forecasts.
- The tech support area is prompt, helpful and answers even the smallest of questions with courtesy and professionalism. All tuitorials are detailed with screenshots and great directions.
- BudgetPak is a great tool and the customer service and support is outstanding.
Cons
- Can be done off-hours, but in an international company with users all over the world, this can be inconvenient.
- While this is happening, no other end users are able to see or work on their budgets since system is under maintenance.
- The only issue is that it becomes difficult to train new system administrators and to know that our institution is using the system to it's full effect.
Pros
- Very good for professional accounting, Applicable to all kind of businesses.
- Best part for cost center wise accounting, Easy to use very basic accounting software, Good Reporting and bank reconciliation function.
- Overall this is very good and effective software to keep all accounting records of business.
Cons
- The level of nonsense from this supplier is simply incomprehensible.
- The UI is extremely unpleasant for non-accountant (and for some accountants as well).
- Also customization is very limited so if you're in requirement of a scalable tool that allows you to customize its utility, you should look for other accounting tools.
