I have found that a great deal of my clients have enjoyed the Canopy app. I have gotten feedback that it is good to have their return on the go.

Canopy is always upgrading and improving their software based on constant user feedback.

I love that it's so user friendly and the customer service is great. I love that they are always contacting us about new ideas to integrate into the program and they have implemented them.

Canopy was very easy to implement and use, it saved alot of time and space as far as filing and was very convenient for a secure upload area for clients.

I like the transcripts, but the CRM is overpriced.

At least monthly, I get an opportunity to view what is new on Canopy and what they are working on next. I can keep my finger on the pulse of my clients so I can quickly respond to their expectations.

Canopy is a great tax utility for small businesses, it has all of the features that are needed and all of the documents required.

Very easy to use, minimalistic layout and great functionality, they know what they are doing and know how to make it easier for accountants.

The company said I could try the product and cancel for up to 6 months. They now are refusing to cancel.

I had problems exchanging large documents securely.

Given the fact that the IRS is paper driven, that says a lot. Customer support is excellent for everything from asking for help to utilize functions or suggesting changes.

Horrendous, clunky design makes it very ineffiecient, and the reporting is practically non-existent.

You can do pretty much everything with it, and it's integration in our IT ecosystem was pretty seamless.

The biggest weakness of Jedox is its documentation. Sadly, the roots of Jedox have been forgotten and the original documentation has been replaced with a clumsy knowledgebase.

The modelling and reporting capabilities are very good.

Minor inconsistencies in the user interface and sometimes the user interface behaves a little weird. However, overall this is minor.

Here's the thing, I've tried a lot of budgeting tools, but this is my favorite by far. I love the fact that you can do so much things with it.

Jedox is a great cloud based app that allows you to focus solely on improving your finance processes. Set up requires a time investment with the data and reports becoming much easier to control.

Jedox supports the entire budgeting process enabling continuous improvements.

Subsets and Variables are very not as easy to use and one false step can lead to bringing the cube down. Another pain point is zero suppression when used in Dynaranges.

The available functionality is very easy to learn and yet very powerful in what can be achieved.

Simplicity in using and easy for user to follow.

Lastly - the team was really good. Always available and very diligent, responsive and fast in troubleshooting issues, which is a great plus.

My overall experience with the Jedox Software has been outstanding.

The product is easy to use and the connectors to a variety of data sources incredibly useful. Our users can easily and independently create their own reports and conduct analysis.
