- EASY ACCESS AND VERY USER FRIENDLY. It is the best software on the market.
- Helps less organized employees audit and track expenses - integrates with our cc statements and sleek looking site.
Cons
- Additional hidden costs, lack of integration with other tools and applications. Sometimes felt the product to be slow.
- There is nothing about this software I find negative. M always assured Certify will compile all of my receipts/expenses, and get reimbursed on time.
Pros
- I like how its simple to use and set up. I Also like how it integrates simple with other software we use.
- I love that I don’t have to outsource simple things like payroll, expense reporting, preparation for tax time, and more. I have always found the customer service to be very helpful and understanding.
Cons
- We continue to have issues, they want you to call them every time you get locked out or theirs an issue with this crappy software. Terrible terrible company at this point.
- The support team used to be decent but last year I found it to be awful.
