"We are constantly editing subscriptions and it's quite burdensome. If you run a filter on a particular screen and click on a link, it erases the filter. While this software seems to be more efficient from a reporting perspective, it's much more burdensome for the employees doing the actual work. "

"The platform isn’t very beginner-friendly, so new users may need some time to understand how everything works before they feel comfortable using it."
