We had connected our Stripe account and were up and running in less than one hour. The reporting seems really in depth and excited to be able to run reports in many different ways.

Their customer service is awesome and provides great help. However, because it is easy to use, I have not had to use their help more than once.

So customers are confused as too why they got an email says they paid but no payments removed from their account.

It's been great to have more than an API as our billing provider.

The more you leverage the advanced capabilities the more disappointed you are. We had dashboards disappear, web hooks not triggering without any apparent reason and much more.

It's hard to do price indexation to subscriptions.

Easy to set up and has a good API. Support is good and fast response so long as the issues are simple and don't involve anything technical.

Invoicing a new client is very easy and UI is super fluid. We have raised a couple of tickets when we encountered bugs but their Customer Success team got in touch with us and solved it within a day.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.
