  • Pros

  • It's really easy to use and handles everything for you + it has great documentation for developers and I havem't encoutered any kind of bug which is truly amazing. Chargebee is basically perfect.
  • Their customer service is awesome and provides great help. However, because it is easy to use, I have not had to use their help more than once.
  • I fell in love with ChargeBee's interface and sleek outlook. They have rich features to offer, perfect for companies who look for a solid alternative to manage their subscription transactions.
  • Cons

  • So customers are confused as too why they got an email says they paid but no payments removed from their account.
  • I never had this problem with my previous provider and they aren't even a billing or invoicing company.
  • Missing the possibility to be able to add multiple invoice rovs to an invoice.

  • Speedy reports and ability to get help while in the application via an active chat like. The reports are excellent and very fast.
  • Loved the tool for building subscription checkout options, as well as the templates and options to customize with code. There was a great deal of freedom presented, and it served us very well.
  • Support for the application is excellent and there is ease of access for all features and it is easy to understand.
  • Cons

  • After using Quickbooks for 10 years I am at a loss to find anything negative.
  • Hard to view details of multiple subscriptions at a single client. All subscriptions are listed exactly the same way, so it makes it difficult to find the specific one for which you are looking.
  • Have problems with some of the payment gateway solutions and not integrating well.
