CheckMark 1099 is accounting software that enables users to collect, store and submit 1099 forms for multiple businesses and recipients.

Designed for the needs of small and midsize businesses, CheckMark 1099 offers billing and invoicing and financial reporting functionality. Its interface enables data entry and processing for a range of tax forms, including 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R and 1099-S. Tax data from previous years can be imported at any time.

CheckMark 1099 integrates with other products in the CheckMark software suite, which provide common accounting software functions such as core accounting, expense management, budgeting and forecasting, payroll management and more.

CheckMark 1099 is available for purchase with a flat fee for each software install on a computer. Basic customer support is available during the install and setup process, as well as separately-charged accounting, payroll and human resources services for businesses.

My sales team is 1099

Pros

My outside sales force are all 1099 employees and doing payroll is a whole lot easier with CheckMark 1099. We also use the program Payroll and they are both compatible.

Cons

You do get tech support which is great but going through all of the fetures with them can take some time.
