A positive overall experience with some very nowledgable and patient team members. CR Expense has impressed us from the beginning (tendering process).

Chrome River has a poor user interface, so is hard for new users to navigate and generally is clunky.

The reporting was lagging a few things. But with a little extra training.

I like that it is user friendly. I was able to catch on quickly with administrative tasks.

The ability to submit and approve on the the go. The employees that travel, love this feature.

I like how it had API integration with my credit card account.

Also it ensures that the appropriate person has seen and approved an expense reducing the amount of cost transfers.

Three months later things are still running super smooth, and customer service is great.

There is little that I dislike. The new updates have solved any small problems I once had.

The features that Chrome River offers is too restricted and they are not tailored with our needs in the company.

Approval processes are seamless and flow without a lot of automation. Very flexible with the entry and allocation of expense accounts.

The ease of use and the customization of it to meet our changing needs.

The navigation is very user intuitive and there are apps to help simplify expense entry and receipt capture. It has very robust reporting capabilities and support documentation on their community.

The ease of desktop and mobile integration. Also, expense automation with vendors like Uber, Lyft and SpotHero is a real time saver.

So, now I'll have to go pay my own corporate credit card bill. Obviously not the most efficient process.

Overall its a good tool in some of the expense tracking and reporting.

Great base product with fantastic add-ons on the horizon.

All of our travel is processed through Chrome River. I really appreciate the ease of use of the product.

The user interface is really straight forward and the solution being fully mobile has put the expenses claim process into a completely different eprspective.

I am so happy that this system was in place prior to COVID19. Electronic invoicing made it easy to review and approve expense reports and pre-approvals for travel.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.

Ultimately the best value provided by Striven is their personnel. The customer service of Striven is excellent.

Their customer support team has real people responding to your questions and they have great response time and are always happy to help.

The different departments worked very well together to pass along information that had been given so that our company did not have to constantly repeat information for the integration.
