Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great reports, corrections made easy, very relevant to church's needs, love the Payroll module, budgeting is very helpful, it's very comprehensive - love that it fits all my church's needs.
- I can do everything for the church I need from payroll to contributions and it integrates perfectly. The support has always been great, patient, reliable and timely.
- I find it to be easy to maintain and well organized for all of your important information. I love that you can create directories out of it and even include pictures.
Cons
- The newest membership update created a problem with several families having one person whose information is lost and it is not allowing the information to be re-entered.
- When I miss a step it becomes very frustrating to finish a task and then find where my mistake was made.
- The only bad part is, if you don't know how to use it. It does take a second or two to get use to using.
Pros
- Great people to work with, and a very good, super-functional program with simple, clear-cut reports. I am pleased to have started with Timesheets.com.
- I like how it is so simple and it has that great option to control and manage your team's work. For that price i would recommend it 100.
- I have been very pleased with the customer support and their willingness to help resolve issues when they arise. We haven't implemented all the benefits of the software.
Cons
- Every once in a while the screen will refresh (might be my fault) and I'll loose what I've written.
- Also, you can only have one pay period, so if you have both salaried and hourly employees and they need different pay periods, you must do one manually.
- If you don't have your phone, then you have to waste time to physically go to a computer to check in.
