This software is very user friendly. Customer support is awesome.

I have been using CW for 20+ years, have learned most of the modules and have been very impressed at the power of this program. The only limitation may just be how much you want to learn about it.

After a couple of years of changing treasurers we were hopelessly lost and the information was completely unusable.

Difficult to maintain accurate and consistent data when database structure is so complex.

I do not like how things are a little confusing to access. Some of the reports are hard to navigate and get the correct information on the reports, or make it how I need it.

Overall, it is a great product. Their tech support team is very knowledgable and friendly.

It's pretty easy to navigate once you've played around with the software. I love that they offer free learning sessions each month- that is definitely a plus.

They keep improving & sending us updates to keep everything running smoothly. They help desk is awesome; very friendly & patient.

All in all my experience has been good. If I can't figure something out I call support and they are always friendly and helpful.

I can do everything for the church I need from payroll to contributions and it integrates perfectly. The support has always been great, patient, reliable and timely.

I love that I have a software to depend on. You dont get something like this very often.

I can get the reports done and print which is very convenient. I do get frustrated with not knowing what to click to get the correct report, sometimes it takes me several tries to get what I need.

That other people don't bother getting training that use church windows and their mistakes are difficult to correct.

It is a great program to keep perfect of each church member and still has an individual personal ability.

We have not had any problems that we could not get support for or that were not resolved. This is the best customer service ever.

The User Interface is intuitive, powerful, and well designed. The Accounting module in particular is quite sophisticated, containing many standard and specialized reports.

I have used this program for 26 years now and it has been great. I particularly like the ease of all the modules my favorite is Membership.

When trying to correct mistakes or errors it can sometimes be tricky to do. I think this software requires more training than one would expect.

I find it to be easy to maintain and well organized for all of your important information. I love that you can create directories out of it and even include pictures.

Sometimes updates to the software don't provide much of a warning that something has changed in the way you use the software.

When I miss a step it becomes very frustrating to finish a task and then find where my mistake was made.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience with Church Windows. The system is easy to work with and the customer service is always great.

The scheduler program is used by our church, but must be handled separately from all our other calendars due to lack of integration with other programs.

The only bad part is, if you don't know how to use it. It does take a second or two to get use to using.

The newest membership update created a problem with several families having one person whose information is lost and it is not allowing the information to be re-entered.

It offers all the necessary features at a fraction of the cost of the options. I love the location tracking features and the reporting.

IF your willing to invest some time to set up the app it can be super helpful and make time tracking pretty much fool proof. Integration with Quickbooks was super easy.

The software is user friendly and integrates effortlessly with our other software. The software helps us track our profits and resources.

Every once in a while the screen will refresh (might be my fault) and I'll loose what I've written.

Can be difficult to request time off. No Am and Pm have to change it yourself.

Once employee puts their leave request in, they cannot change it. It must be deleted (by the supervisor, if I'm remembering correctly) and re-entered.

Using timesheets as an employee is easy, the entries are a straight-forward input. Interface is clean and easy to use.

Also, you can only have one pay period, so if you have both salaried and hourly employees and they need different pay periods, you must do one manually.

I find the ease to add new users and jobs to be very user friendly. The support for the product has been ver very good.

We haven't experienced any cons or dislikes in using this software or complaints from the staff and others that use it.

Choosing a range of dates and employees to get a summary or detail report works great. Customer service is AWESOME, never lets me down.

To say that I am pleased would be am understatement. The technology is extremely easy to use and is a breeze for our least tech savvy employee.

This has been one of the best Time Tracking systems out there. Easy to use interface, DCAA compliant, company calendar, flexible reporting, etc.

I like that it easily integrates with QuickBooks Online.

I love how easy it is to track and report time for payroll purposes; makes it easy to add vacation days as well.

Timesheets.com is cloud based so setup was super simple. The interface is nice and fresh looking and day to use is pretty simple and intuitive.

Again - customer service is the BEST!!! Never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and prompt.

Haven't been using it that long to discover a dislike.

I like how it is so simple and it has that great option to control and manage your team's work. For that price i would recommend it 100.

As an administrator, it is refreshing to use software like this that just does what you want it to.

Timesheets.com also integrates with a lot of Payroll/HR systems so it's a natural fit for many companies.

If you don't have your phone, then you have to waste time to physically go to a computer to check in.

I have been very pleased with the customer support and their willingness to help resolve issues when they arise. We haven't implemented all the benefits of the software.
