This software is very user friendly. Customer support is awesome.

I have been using CW for 20+ years, have learned most of the modules and have been very impressed at the power of this program. The only limitation may just be how much you want to learn about it.

After a couple of years of changing treasurers we were hopelessly lost and the information was completely unusable.

Difficult to maintain accurate and consistent data when database structure is so complex.

I do not like how things are a little confusing to access. Some of the reports are hard to navigate and get the correct information on the reports, or make it how I need it.

Overall, it is a great product. Their tech support team is very knowledgable and friendly.

It's pretty easy to navigate once you've played around with the software. I love that they offer free learning sessions each month- that is definitely a plus.

They keep improving & sending us updates to keep everything running smoothly. They help desk is awesome; very friendly & patient.

All in all my experience has been good. If I can't figure something out I call support and they are always friendly and helpful.

I can do everything for the church I need from payroll to contributions and it integrates perfectly. The support has always been great, patient, reliable and timely.

I love that I have a software to depend on. You dont get something like this very often.

I like it because I feel confident that their customer support is always there to help with any concerns.

I can get the reports done and print which is very convenient. I do get frustrated with not knowing what to click to get the correct report, sometimes it takes me several tries to get what I need.

It suits my needs for keeping track of our congregational members. I love the ease of printing a new directory whenever I want.

That other people don't bother getting training that use church windows and their mistakes are difficult to correct.

Great reports, corrections made easy, very relevant to church's needs,  love the Payroll module, budgeting is very helpful, it's very comprehensive - love that it fits all my church's needs.

Great for tracking purchases and budgets. Not suitable for large churches, but is great for a smaller congregation.

It is a great program to keep perfect of each church member and still has an individual personal ability.

We have not had any problems that we could not get support for or that were not resolved. This is the best customer service ever.

The User Interface is intuitive, powerful, and well designed. The Accounting module in particular is quite sophisticated, containing many standard and specialized reports.

I have used this program for 26 years now and it has been great. I particularly like the ease of all the modules my favorite is Membership.

When trying to correct mistakes or errors it can sometimes be tricky to do. I think this software requires more training than one would expect.

I find it to be easy to maintain and well organized for all of your important information. I love that you can create directories out of it and even include pictures.

Sometimes updates to the software don't provide much of a warning that something has changed in the way you use the software.

When I miss a step it becomes very frustrating to finish a task and then find where my mistake was made.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience with Church Windows. The system is easy to work with and the customer service is always great.

The scheduler program is used by our church, but must be handled separately from all our other calendars due to lack of integration with other programs.

The only bad part is, if you don't know how to use it. It does take a second or two to get use to using.

The newest membership update created a problem with several families having one person whose information is lost and it is not allowing the information to be re-entered.

Support team is by far best i have seen in the industry and scanning of reciepts and extraction of line items saves a lot of time.

Bad, bad timing...this is a big FAIL. You really should get a group of your current customers to test drive new platforms in the future before rolling them out.

Zoho has been great and we're happy we've moved to it. It's functional, easy to use and reasonably priced.

Before using Zoho there was a mess with advance payments and/or late reimburses; a lot of excel files and no organized information.

I liked the ease of use and simplicity. Right away I knew this was going to be an easy app to use and maintain.

Great App & I'd recommend it for everyone to control/track/record expenses in a very smart & efficient manner.

This was a fantastic solution to automate our reimbursement requests to match with our line items in quickbooks online.

Some trouble getting QBs Desktop integration working.

Easy approval and expense submission flows. Low costs which is important especially for small teams.

The lack of subcategories, you can not create them on your cell phone.

The prediction of the account works great too. Love that Zoho also suggests the exchange rate to be applied for each expense.

You Really Messed Up Rolling Out The New Platform.

What I like best about Zoho Expense is that is is very intuitive and affordable. Having accessibility to this software has been a huge asset to my small business.

I will recommend this and they can integrate with a lot of bank. Great card expense tracking.I recommend.

What I like most about Zoho Expense is that it has transformed my expense handling for my multi-office business by making it more efficient to process AND by treating our employees better.

One interesting thing that it offers is Receipt OCR, found it quite cool and pretty good in interpretation.

Very easy to get to know. Also very reliable when it comes to needing help and getting that help from their customer service.

For the price it is nice. Would like more features or customization abilities but works for us for now.

It takes away the dreaded month end expense report that everyone hates.

It is possible to say that the software has issues concerned with automatic notification system when errors happen. Due to my experience, I had this problem during scanning reports.

I love zoho expense, its so easy to use and has made life so much easier. It captures each receipt by photographing it, it will even read the name of the merchant and apply it to the right category.

Very useful in the digital transformation journey of startups, on the go bill upload feature is what I like most.

Sometimes it refuses to take the name of the merchant, rewriting it incorrectly. That can be a bit frustrating but its only happened once.

Support service is a problem. Timely response for the queries/issue is missing.

Zoho Expense has solved this issue for us very well - and for an affordable price.

The effective integration with other Zoho Softwares particularly with Zoho Books can be very supportive in customer relations activities in tourism field.
