When a family drops in during a holiday trip, I don't need to have their details in the main data base - I work full time, so I miss a lot of the training that is held during the day and have a limited amount of time other than school breaks to have phone communications. - There's not really anything that I don't like about ChurchTrac. I absolutely love how user friendly the software is! The ease of the different modules and the support respond is excellent. It is a tremendous value. ChurchTrac support has been outstanding. My emails have been answered in a very timely fashion. The videos included in support are very helpful in learning a very user-friendly software. I emailed ChurchTrac an Excel file of my church membership information, and it was uploaded with two hours. Excellent experience. #### Cons At this point I have no cons. I did mention in the pros that ChurchTrac did not include payroll. I was not looking for it to be included. #### Reasons for choosing ChurchTrac One of the most important reasons I chose ChurchTrac was the free trial. The free trial allowed me to really see what the software offered and how user friendly it was. I wish the 2-Factor authorization would allow for a separate voice number for the user's email/text. You have continued to add beneficial features which shows that you care about it being the best program available.
