Pros/Cons
Pros
- Fund accounting, ease of use, responsive and kind customer service, they seem to care about helping their customers have a good experience instead of just getting money out them.
- The ChurchTrac tech team has been BEYOND HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, HAPPY, JOYFUL and it's very apparent they love their product and love helping us, their customers.
- Integration is super easy. The two things I love the most about ChurchTrac are the attendance/database, as well as the scheduling.
Cons
- We used to be able to see a running total as we entered donations but after a recent change that is no longer there. It doesn't change the outcome but we do miss being able to see that.
- Along with the very unprofessional way it was handled.
- Most of my challenges I had/have with using ChurchTrac are due to my lack of knowledge on accounting.
Pros
- Affordable, reliable, and tons of top quality advice on how to use it all more efficiently.
- Working with Nucleus has been amazing from the beginning AND they have incredible customer support so if you have issues or questions, they are always there to help.
- The platform is very easy to set up and use. The people behind it are super supportive and truly focussed on what is best for Church ministries.
Cons
- My own inability to write code. However, if I need one, the team will supply it.
- A no-brainer for churches with limited resources.
- The domain issue i have is a downer being that i don’t want nucleus in my domain. Not a deal breaker though.
