Pros/Cons
Pros
- I was impressed with the ease of the product and the customer service that I received was amazing. They answered my question help solve my problems.
- Integration is super easy. The two things I love the most about ChurchTrac are the attendance/database, as well as the scheduling.
- I love the fact that they offer great training opportunities to be able to learn about existing or new features and functions.
Cons
- We used to be able to see a running total as we entered donations but after a recent change that is no longer there. It doesn't change the outcome but we do miss being able to see that.
- Along with the very unprofessional way it was handled.
- Most of my challenges I had/have with using ChurchTrac are due to my lack of knowledge on accounting.
Pros
- The donation has already been deposited and everyone is happy, happy, happy. I am very satisfied customer.
- They are super friendly and very easy to work with. Getting setup to accept donations through Tithely was easy.
- It's easy to use and especially helpful in situations where people can't get out and about. In times like this, that's a big help.
Cons
- It was an unbelievable frustrating surreal experience. I lost all trust and we cancelled the Service.
- I feel as though those doing the development planning have NEVER worked in a church before, because of the amount of core functionality missing.
- Have been using for church for past month, but received no bank deposits. This is in part to incorrect account # at front end, but after being corrected, still no deposits.
