That made it very easy to use. I also liked that it was cloud based and accessible from anywhere.

I emailed and filled out their form and never heard back. Since I could not access my account, I tried cancelling via phone, email, form, and nothing.

Customer support has been very responsive but software is not as easy to use as I would like.

Company kept pestering us with emails after the trial had clsoed, telling us it was looking at our numbers and there where problems.

I like that It is web based, very easy to quickly greatly invoices. I like that I can quickly get reports and a quick overview of my invoices.

Needs a few tweaks to be perfect but overall a very good app, Hopefully Android apps are in the works. Very responsive customer service.

Robust functionality - I can do almost everything I need. Cloud based application allows for users to see invoices from anywhere.

Sometimes the wrong item is picked and we have to start over. Requirements to enter email address even if I am not emailing an invoice.

There was a math error on one of my invoices where it calculated the total at the bottom of the invoice then said the amount due was 150.00 less. Naturally the customer paid the smaller amount.

The new invoice layout can be a bit confusing.

Dashboard: Well designed dashboard with links to invoicing and time keeping tasks, a daily, weekly and monthly revenue overview and reporting for overdue, outstanding and paid invoices.

Very nice looking  front-end, which  they did not have originally. Actually one of the better looking  ones I have seen.

Cost: CloudBooks offers many features with no limits for a really low monthly cost. Mobile/Future plans : No mobile apps, although customers can pay invoices on their smart.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.
