  • Pros

  • In the fast pace world we are in and everyone needing help "now", the turn around time from call to help is minimal. Everyone at Cougar Mt is so dedicated to helping you solve your issue.
  • The Support Staff is outstanding. Every time I have needed them they have solved the problem or answered my question successfully.
  • The initial set-up of the information was easy, and once the system was up and running, I was thrilled with the results and the detailed reports.
  • Cons

  • Because we are charged for all support calls, we hesitate to continue to complain, so we're making it work as is. If I had it all to do over again, I would probably look elsewhere.
  • They have messed up our Customer notes and can not fix so now we really have a mess. When I ask a question, I am told they can not answer that and they don't know why the reports look the way they do.
  • They have poor customer service for an even worse product. Issues regularly and no resolve.

  • I love that I can input everything on my phone. I've called customer support once and they were supper responsive and helpful.
  • It's easy to forward receipts to and it's one of the few tracking apps out there for receipts and my business. I used to use expensed which I was happy with but this is a good replacement.
  • We utilize itemize for our construction receipts and it has worked great to save time from getting the information easily from the field to the office. This was well worth the investment.
  • Cons

  • Hate when i have to adjust the values or they are just plain wrong. I think they could use more organizational reports for taxes.
  • Your service was terrible- I signed for a 1 year and wanted to cancel for remainder of the year and i could not. I wanted to cancel because the software was not useful or valuable tool at all.
  • What I disliked about this product is that it needs some work and not all receipts were uploaded correctly.
