Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like that this software is very self explanatory and easy to use. Very organized and again, easy to navigate.

  • Easy to use and I like how it's linked to expense it and the two work hand in hand to make it easy to expense bills

  • Cons

  • This program works well, but importing receipts can be slow and the App can struggle at times if no internet access is available.

  • The interface is okay but it takes too many clicks and too much refreshing to input even single expenses. Expense grouping and favoriting functions exist, but could easily be improved.

  • Pros

  • It has excellent job costing capabilities; I like the modify forms and the large choices of reports. Sage is excellent help on the phone when needed. The annual conference is awesome!

  • Easy to use and navigate from screen to screen. Has made our billing way more accurate and efficient.

  • Cons

  • There are some limitations that can't be done, but there are work around it as well. Quite a pricey software that needs support and maintenance as patches are occasionally needed

  • Report writer is a little hard to master. But it can be figured out and reports without a lot of detail can be figured out ease.
