great customer service when needing help

Price is higher than some in the real estate market. Skyslope is becoming a big competitor for way less money.

it works well for what we use it for. accounting and paying agents

pretty simple to learn and use. the support staff if we screw up or forget how to do something is excellent. aka [sensitive content hidden] and others out there.

sometimes when you want a GL report other stuff come with it that you did not ask for. You split pay AP's. Agents can not pay other agent fees from their closings as in a team leader can not pay team member expenses from a closing. agent check stub reports are hard for agents to figure out on their yearly numbers

It's just a not very easy to use software. Do not like it very much.

Not user friendly. Can't use "enter" key on most of the places.

It has been very good after I paid for the training. With the price of the support; I think there should be at least one free training included in the price of support.

Customer service is the best. Beth and Julio know their stuff!

some of the link don't go where they should but the company is willing to correct the glitch in their updates. The newest support renewal invoice is $1,700-a little pricey.

I've worked with this software (in many versions) for 14 years now, and have worked closely with the technical/customer support staff over the years to get help when we ran into problems. The program works well for our needs, and the support staff is knowledgeable and helpful when we need assistance.

I like that Constellation1 Accounting is a full-service accounting software, in which we can manage/process sales transactions to pay commissions, manage Accounts Receivables with our agents, manage Accounts Payable with our vendors, reconcile bank accounts and generate company financial reports for managers and owners. It's great having all of these functions within one program.

The current version of Constellation1 Accounting works well for our needs. There are occasional bugs/glitches to the program, but software updates seem to be made fairly regularly. It would be great if there were integration options with the paperless file service we use, Paperless Pipeline, to cut down on duplication of data entry work for our staff. The only negative is the turnaround time to get a response to a support ticket, especially if our request occurs in the mid/late afternoon since we're on the west coast.

I like having of all the various accounting phases easily integrated into one system and in real time. After using RealLedger for many years, I found the Constellation1 upgrade so much easier.

Commission statements are not easy to read. They should include the total commission going to Co$ on each closing not just beginning and ending totals. I would like to see a lot more guidance materials for troubleshooting as well as general instructions. Fortunately, the support team is the best!

Overall a good product. Customer support is excellent except for the fact that they are short on employees to handle the load especially in busy times like year end.

I love the integration between being able to process commissions, bill our agents and create financial statements all in one software.

I believe the product to be very expensive and over the years some features have been removed only to be charged additional fees to add them back.

It's been a rocky road to get to where we are, but so far it's the only payroll software that meets our needs. Thanks so much for working with us to get Constellation exactly where we need it :)

Once I get moving on entries, I can fly through my reports pretty fast. Nothing takes too long to run.

Without knowing how to implement either of these features:A SCALABLE UI would be fantastic - I have to re-size the screen juuuuuust right to fit a PDF alongside. Without having a 30" monitor, scrolling back and forth in the program window is a massive pain. Also, there are no hot keys to my knowledge. Everything requires a click to enter a window, select, confirm the selection, click OK to remove the pop-up window.

I rely on this program daily for my payroll and commission processing every day! Easy to use :)

Makes day to day accounting processing easy and reliable.I am also able to reach help if there is a problem.

I haven't found that out yet LOLfor what I do on a daily basis, this program covers it all.
