A one stop shop for all invoices.

Easy to track invoices. A one stop shop for invoice management/tracking.

Pros:

A one stop shop for all invoices. I like how users can see the original invoice (uploaded as a PDF) and can send/share invoices across the company.

Cons:

It is nearly impossible to track which invoices are "not in your court" and who you sent these invoices to.

Very Good with One Complaint

Overall, my experience is good. I can get the work done efficiently. Occasionally, the system can be slow, although it could be connectivity issue.

Pros:

It makes it very easy to approve invoices on both computers and mobile devices. This allows me to get the job done no matter where I am so I don't keeps others waiting.

Cons:

The inability to enlarge a copy of an invoice on my phone. My only option is to rotate my phone to landscape mode in the hopes I will be better able to see the invoice.

Very Effective for Paperless Work

Overall, Corcentric is great if you’re trying to go paperless as it makes this transition seamless, taking care of all the small details and functions you need to successfully process invoices. The only downside is sometimes the software runs slowly and crashes.

Pros:

The best part about this software is it was easy to implement and to change to from our previous software—it has a lot of features for converting data over. The software is great for managing data as it has many different search fields and you’re able to customize the way the data is displayed to you by choosing what columns of data show, etc. The software also makes it easy to export all data or reports to excel so you’re able to work with it easier there too. The best feature by far is the ability to bulk upload invoices to the system which can auto fill the vendor name and invoice number and then route the invoice to the appropriate person. You also are able to see the invoice you are working with while coding it—all of which are a must if you’re going paperless.

Cons:

Although Corcentric offers some great features and makes paperless work possible, the software does run rather slowly at times and occasionally crashes.

Effective Software With Little Complaint

Overall it is very effective and easy to use. Customer support has always been quick and helpful. Use is daily, so it is nice having a good software to use.

Pros:

It makes processing invoice a breeze. First time user and I like it a lot. User friendly as well!!!!!

Cons:

I didnt think there was alot of access to training, unless my company isnt taking advantage of it. I do not love that customers will send their invoices several times and having to delete the duplicates.

Pretty easy to use. Straight forward setup using SFTP to pass data back and forth. Excellent support!

Cons:

Some of the UI could be better such as being able to hit [Enter] to submit a reply vs having to click a [Submit] button.

Easy adaptation and user-friendly interface. when you do the search tool you can search in any lines. ex. by Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Non-SAP.

Cons:

when search for particular PO's it's read the file so slow. before doing the route, the cost center bar search you have to type it fast so you can search the right cost center.

GREAT!! Never any problems!!

I don't five 5's, so a 4 is great! I love the way I approve invoices. EASY! And QUICK. Takes 2 minutes to approve any invoice.

Cons:

No real issues. Somethings they add an update, and it might take five minutes to figure those out. Of course, eve the updates are pretty easy to figure out.

Cons:

I don't like it when it goes down. The system is off when we loose internet. I wish there was a trouble shooters guide for each one of my Operations managers
