Overall experience with your system is very good, any issues that we have had have been dealt with very quickly. Good follow up service from your customer service staff.

Additionally, our accountant struggled with it, and urged the switch to Quickbooks.

I don't like that if I put something in a wrong area and that it can't be duplicated and moved to the correct area - having to redo everything manually as a new user is frustrating.

The single best part of Cosmolex is their customer support staff that is always quick to help.

I have enjoyed the ease of learning and using this software. I like the Dashboard that tells you many useful things at a glance.

Nothing seems to be a problem for me with this software.

Stability, integrated accounting, and better support staff. I used Clio for a couple years at my last firm, and I have zero intention of switching back.

The Pros with Cosmolex is once you learn all the features it is really easy to work with. I believe with entering the money portion on Cosmolex has been easier than any other system.

I am very pleased with Cosmolex and have recommended it to other solo and small practitioners. Including LawPay in the package is a huge added bonus.

It is easy to use (user friendly) and easy to navigate. Pretty self explanatory and if you need help, that is easy to find as well.

It takes care of the file management and is mostly user friendly. Your customer service department is very helpful and take the stress away from issues quickly.

There is not a thing I do not like about this software. So easy to use and really user friendly.

Additionally, we purchased the migration service. Each person I worked with was amazingly knowledgeable and professional, but the actual migration was a disaster.

I am giving this a poor review for the following reasons: (1) Cosmolex is really only price-efficient if you are a solo attorney.

All of this really helped my small, but growing practice save some money, while getting all the tools I need.

I appreciate most the ability to correct errors in accounting when they are noticed and the integration with the trust account.

There is a lag time of 4-5 business days when making payments. We have to explain this to every vendor since it can be a confusing process.

It does the work as expected, when expected and in my business, reliability is a top quality. I couldn't imagine running my business without Plooto on my team.

If your client doesn't have all of the funds in their account, you won't be notified. Plooto will draw what it can and you'll have to log in to look to see who failed to pay in full.

We love that it connects to QBO and that the set up is super simple and easy. We like that that it's also easy to navigate.

AP was seamless in implementing CDN/US. Loved the integration to Quickbooks online and iit worked perfectly.

It's bizarre that you can take money from them, but can't send it to them.

I so dislike manual cheques, chasing signers. I need Plooto to send out a cheque on our behalf occassionally.

We're a Quickbooks shop, and we *love* the integration. Virtually all of our clients are using Plooto for payables, and some for receivables.

I like the approval factor the best. We require 2 signatures of 7 partners.

I enjoy the ease of use of Plooto for accounts payable.

Its super easy to send/request money. Funds transfer pretty quickly.

I really like that I can set up approval tiers, I also appreciate that once it is set up it is relatively easy for my clients to use.
