Pros/Cons
Pros
- Effectively reduces cost, better operational efficiencies and better end user experience.
- The following features are most amazing to me. Requisition and PO management.
- Overall experience is good with Coupa Support and must be recommended.
Cons
- Specifically, we are struggling with the supplier integration and though we have weekly calls, we are still having problems.
- I am frustrated because I have been over this MULTIPLE TIMES via chat Support: Sorry for the inconvenience. Me: Don't say that again, please.
- The end user typically gets an error message "Please fix the errors below", but there are never any highlighted fields or errors displayed.
Pros
- Really good experience overall - [sensitive content hidden] (account manager) was really helpful, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally.
- Excellent customer service with Tasha and Nick. The short training teams call last week on the admin area was a good idea as we see areas we can improve on.
- Has been very beneficial. Would be great to get the option to have reoccurring expenses (such as the expensein costs) and the ability to calculate fuel costs based on postcode to postcode calcs.
Cons
- We are also reclaiming 75% more VAT by being able to reject expenses more easily with no receipts or where VAT hasn't been claimed correctly.
- Expenses were a very time consuming process, this has now been cut down considerably.
- Some features where hard to find but overall the biggest issues we have found are user error and not that hard to overcome.
