Pros
- Coup offers a fantastic user platform with a distinctive visual design and various filters to help you locate what you need quickly and effortlessly.
- I've been using TripScanner for a few months and am impressed by the comprehensive reporting and ease of use.
- Overall, Coupa is a great choice for companies looking to simplify their expense management, automate processes, and gain better cost visibility.
Cons
- Specifically, we are struggling with the supplier integration and though we have weekly calls, we are still having problems.
- UI is confusing and even navigation to find what you need to do, before doing the thing, is difficult. Reporting is also confusing to set up.
- I am frustrated because I have been over this MULTIPLE TIMES via chat Support: Sorry for the inconvenience. Me: Don't say that again, please.
Pros
- It is a very good application for beginners, I would surely recommend it to someone who is interested, due to the many tools it offers and how easy it is to use.
- My overall experience with Zip has been very good. I love working with their support and our employees engage with the solution at a relatively high level.
- The easy deployment of the tool is of great importance. Not having to use a 3rd party implementation team is a huge cost-saving component of why Zip won our business.
Cons
- No sharable reports make it a pain for each user to create the same filtered view.
- Sometimes it makes mistakes while making categories and catalogues.
- There aren't many things to mention here as far as dislikes.
