The implementation timeline was quick, enabling us to complete the budget faster and more accurately than in previous years. #### Cons I feel that Datarails functionality could use some improvement in the user interface (both excel functionality and dashboards/storyboards). Troubleshooting can be time-consuming and the online support resources available are not very helpful, however, when reaching out to customer support they are always helpful. The quick implementation timeline left insufficient time to learn the system well, making it difficult to troubleshoot and understand the mapping and intricacies at first.
